Racquetball BC and its members have access to a comprehensive national insurance program through Racquetball Canada. Racquetball Canada has partnered with AJ Gallagher Canada Limited to provide a this program for Members, Board of Directors and Staff.
Sport Accident Insurance
Racquetball BC provides Sport Accident Insurance for registered members including participants, managers, coaches, directors, officials and trainers.
Racquetball BC’s Sport Accident Insurance provides coverage for “out of pocket medical expenses” due to an insured member who has sustained an injury while participating in a sanctioned Racquetball BC activity. The coverage is applicable in Canada only and is secondary to any other government or private health insurance plan.
Highlights of Sport Accident Insurance
- Dental Accident Reimbursement up to $10,000
- Medical Expense Reimbursement up to $15,000
- Aggregate Limit Payable for any one accident is $1,000,000

Accident Claim Instructions
- Click here to download the claim form.
- AJ Gallagher Canada, Ltd. must receive notification of your accident within 30 days of it occurring and receive your claim form within 90 days of the accident.
- Complete the Sport Accident Claim Form and Physician Statement. If your claim is for dental injury have your dentist complete and submit a Predetermination Form.
- Claims Forms can be submitted to to AJ Gallagher electronically or by fax.
- If you are submitting the forms by mail, please forward copies only and retain originals for your files.

Note: If you are a national team member who needs to make a claim for out of country travel to an International Racquetball Federation sanctioned event please contact the Racquetball Canada Executive Director for instructions.
Liability Insurance
BC Racquetball provides liability insurance for registered members but only with respect to sanctioned and supervised competitions and practices, including instructional programs and demonstrations organized and administered by Racquetball BC that take place within Canada.
BC Racquetball also provides liability insurance for Directors and Officers, Executives, Employees and Volunteers.
