Vernon’s Bob Wolf has been chosen as a recipient of Sport BC’s President’s Award. The award celebrates volunteers from Sport BC member and partner organizations who exemplify the essence of volunteerism through their unwavering dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm.
For over 35 years, Bob has a champion of racquetball, advocating for its growth and development at the community and provincial level. He has organized a variety of programs and events aimed at fostering engagement in racquetball including junior, women’s and adult programs. He hosts a league and organizes annual tournaments that attract players from across Canada.
Bob will be formally recognized during Sport BC’s Athlete of the Year Awards on Thursday, March 7. Racquetball BC proudly nominated him for this honor in recognition of his enduring dedication to the sport and his ongoing impact.
