Riley Sommerville of Langley has been named to the Racquetball Canada Junior National Team for the 2020-2021 season.
Because Racquetball Canada was unable to host the Junior Canadian Championships in 2020, rankings and results from the past year’s tournaments were used to help select the team. At the 2019 Canadian Championships hosted in Langley, Riley played extremely well and her results helped her secure a spot on the team.
The International Racquetball Federation postponed the Junior World Racquetball Championships that were to be held in December of 2020, but hopes to hold them in 2021.
Congratulations to Riley for her accomplishments and for her commitment to the Junior National Team.
